Lead the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, press releases, and website copy.
Manage digital campaigns across platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media and email marketing.
Develop inbound marketing strategies to attract leads and optimize marketing automation workflows to nurture prospects.
Plan and execute participation in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to promote the company’s products and thought leadership.
Lead product launches and develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features
YOUR PROFILE
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Marketing/Business preferred.
Experience:
Senior marketing roles, ideally in tech startups or robotics/AI.
Digital marketing expertise (SEO, SEM, email, LinkedIn campaigns).
Content creation for B2B audiences; coordinating with agencies.
Event planning, including webinars and trade shows.
Tools:
Digital & Design Tools: Proficient in Webflow, SEMRush (or similar SEO tools), Google Analytics/Search Console/Ads, and MailChimp (or equivalent email platforms). Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) for content creation.
CRM & Analytics: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (Intermediate-Advanced), and advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting and presentations.
Skills:
Team leadership and mentoring.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability to market changes.
Language: Native-level spoken and written English.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Background: A technical understanding of robotics or engineering concepts is a bonus.
Other Languages: Conversational German proficiency is a plus.
Established connections within the tech and robotics industry, including media, influencers, and partners is desired.
