Work daily with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful operation of robots in the field
Prepare & execute onsite trials, demos & deployments including training
Be the first point of contact for our customers to understand and enable their vision and support their day-to-day robot operation tasks
Provide support onsite at our customers to understand and identify the root causes of issues
Work closely with the technical operations and support teams to ensure a successful customer journey
Demonstrate ER software & different robot platforms to customers remotely & onsite
Provide technical expertise and support to assist the sales team during customer workshops on- & offline
Lead regular customer meetings to keep track of project vision and progress
YOUR PROFILE
Technical background (education or professional experience in IT/Science/Engineering)
Relevant working experiences in IT / Industrial / Field Service environments
Outstanding communication and people skills, remotely and in person: you will be managing people as much as robots
Willingness to learn something new every day, working at the cutting edge of technology
Hands-on mentality and creative problem solving approach
Personal interest in technology in general and robotics, IT, AI topics in particular
Willingness to travel in Germany and abroad regularly
Excellent time-management & pro-active communication skills
Dedicated, focused and with an eye for detail relating to Customer Satisfaction
Passionate about Robotics
Fluency in English & German
