WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Work daily with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful operation of robots in the field
• Prepare & execute onsite trials, demos & deployments including training 
• Be the first point of contact for our customers to understand and enable their vision and support their day-to-day robot operation tasks
• Provide support onsite at our customers to understand and identify the root causes of issues 
• Work closely with the technical operations and support teams to ensure a successful customer journey 
• Demonstrate ER software & different robot platforms to customers remotely & onsite
• Provide technical expertise and support to assist the sales team during customer workshops on- & offline 
• Lead regular customer meetings to keep track of project vision and progress

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE?

• Technical background (education or professional experience in IT/Science/Engineering)
• First working experiences in IT / Industrial / Field Service environments 
• Outstanding communication and people skills, remotely and in person: you will be managing people as much as robots
• Willingness to learn something new every day, working at the cutting edge of technology
• Hands-on mentality and creative problem solving approach
• Personal interest in technology in general and robotics, IT, AI topics in particular
• Willingness to travel in Germany and abroad regularly
• Excellent time-management & pro-active communication skills
• Dedicated, focused and with an eye for detail relating to Customer Satisfaction
• Passionate about Robotics 
• Fluency in English & German
